Rowley Center and Hyla Crossing will be Issaquah’s new downtown. We are easy to get to and strategically located adjacent to I-90, right on the interchange of SR900, and within 2 blocks of the Issaquah Transit Center.
Surrounded by mountains and a lake, outdoor recreational activities and fresh air abound. Seattle is a short 20 minute drive to the west and we are a half-hour from skiing and the Cascades to the east. SeaTac Airport is just 25 minutes to the southwest. It quickly becomes apparent why our community is a place where people want to be.
Some of the best things about Issaquah are its people, its setting and its sense of community. Surrounded by treed hillsides, an ample parks system, Lake Sammamish, abundant recreation and treasures such as the Salmon Hatchery and Cougar Mountain Zoo, this community is a wonderfully unique location. We’re known for our great schools and very active PTSA’s. Families want to live and work here because it’s a great environment for raising kids and hanging out with grandkids.
If your need centers on business – our setting inspires productivity and innovation. And if you’re traveling here, our local amenities will enhance your stay – from an overnight experience, to a meal or a retreat. If you’d like to live in Issaquah – we’ve directed our design to let you feel at home in our natural surroundings.
Our plan is to continue growing with the community. We’ll design a building or phase at a time and in a manner that ensures a diverse, well-functioning mixed-use environment. In fact, we’ve been engaged in real estate development since 1954 and have remained focused on planning and delivering a prosperous community setting. Our over-arching land use theme is “let your nature begin®.” Which is to say, we focus both on the built and natural environment to ensure unique spaces for our tenants and customers.
From outdoor recreation and historic charm, to marquee events and natural wonder, Issaquah is a destination where people, places, and experiences align to welcome, surprise, and inspire.
