Rowley Center and Hyla Crossing will be Issaquah’s new downtown. We are easy to get to and strategically located adjacent to I-90, right on the interchange of SR900, and within 2 blocks of the Issaquah Transit Center.

Surrounded by mountains and a lake, outdoor recreational activities and fresh air abound. Seattle is a short 20 minute drive to the west and we are a half-hour from skiing and the Cascades to the east. SeaTac Airport is just 25 minutes to the southwest. It quickly becomes apparent why our community is a place where people want to be.

A Sense of Community

Some of the best things about Issaquah are its people, its setting and its sense of community. Surrounded by treed hillsides, an ample parks system, Lake Sammamish, abundant recreation and treasures such as the Salmon Hatchery and Cougar Mountain Zoo, this community is a wonderfully unique location. We’re known for our great schools and very active PTSA’s. Families want to live and work here because it’s a great environment for raising kids and hanging out with grandkids.
