Effective March 31, 2014 the recurring payment feature and online work order submittal through Property Solutions was discontinued.
In our research prior to engaging Property Solutions, they were touted as one of the best service providers. Unfortunately, as you may have experienced with your account being deleted randomly these past several months, the service provided by this third party payment provider has been far less than customer-centric.
In order to ensure our customers are well taken care of and have assurance their payment(s) are made on time and with little to no effort, we have terminated our contract with Property Solutions.
We are actively looking for a new third party provider to facilitate recurring payments and online services for our tenants. We are not certain of the timeframe, but we are doing our due diligence in an effort to find a provider that is capable, worthy, credited and recommended within the industry.

We will continue to offer the following payment options while we work on a new online payment solution:
- Set up auto pay (ACH) through your bank of choice;
- Mail a monthly payment check to our office;
- Pay in person with check or credit card; or,
- Pay over the phone via credit card however there is a $10 processing fee.
